The PRAETORIAN score estimates the risk of conversion failure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>score between \u226530 and &lt;90 = low risk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>score between \u226590 &#8211; &lt;150 = intermediate risk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>score is \u2265150 = high risk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The positive predictive value of the PRAETORIAN score for failure to convert is 98% and the negative predictive value is 51% (HRS 2018).
